![]() ![]() ![]() Then there are the bugs, one day a program works, the next day it doesnt, seem to depend on which way the wind is blowing, so know I spend my time, searching fruitlessly on the net for tutorials that actually work, cause the ones on the TGC site, the people who wrote the software cant even get them to work. The documentation is the worst I have seen for any language,there is no printed manual, nothing, there is a sad excuse for an online help file, that is all you are given and for someone just starting out, it just plain sucks. I also have VB6 and I know a bit of it, I also picked up a C++ compiler and learned a bit of it as well, then I got DBPro, and my learning quickly came to a grinding halt. Now up to that point I had been investigating game creation, I tried GameMaker, etc, etc. Well I just started using DarkBasic, I started to teach myself programming, I have an old background in MS-Basic from way back,anyways, I was offered a copy of DarkBasic Proffesional, and I installed. ![]()
